Ngự Bình originally opened years ago but unfortunately suffered a major fire incident that forced its closure. After 13 years, the restaurant has made a remarkable comeback. The renewed space is spotless, featuring a modern and thoughtful design.
Today, Ngự Bình returns stronger than ever with food that is fresh, delicious, and full of authentic flavor. The service is outstanding — staff are friendly, attentive, and make every guest feel welcome from start to finish.

“It’s hard to believe it’s been almost 13 years. I still remember how devastated I was when the original Ngu Binh burned down. It had been my go-to spot for pho in the west end, and nothing else ever quite compared.
When I saw the Ngu Binh sign in the building, I wasn’t sure what to think. Part of me assumed it was just a recycled name, but there was also this little voice telling me it might actually be them. After coming in for a quick bowl of pho and talking with the owner, I was right — this is the same family that ran the 95 Ave & 156 St location! The pho was a dead giveaway: rich, satisfying, and just like I remembered.
I can’t tell you how happy I am that they’ve returned to the west end. They are west-end OGs and absolutely deserve a try. Highly recommended.”
